Islamic relief awarded this project to ZAES after a bidding process. These buildings are a mix of single and muIti story buildings in various villages of " Neelam Valley" in A.J.K. ZAES was also responsible to design these structures structurally safe against Zone 4 earth quake and be recognized with such properties by NESPA K. These were the first of their type — hot rolled steel structures with reinforced C. M. U. — in this region.
