ZAES won the competition for design of the Scandinavian Embassy Residences in Islamabad. The project included complete site and landscape design , a 5 story residential apartment building , 3 residences and facilities like swimming pool , gym etc. Special consideration was taken into account regarding the security and privacy of the residents, bulletproof windows and R.C.C. periphery walls were designed. The emergency exits comply with the International Building Codes.
